Safety Precautions

Signal Adjustments Note: Output signal changes of interfaces 5 to 9 are adjusted using the potentiometer. The same applies to CW/CCW settings.

Parameter Configuration Settings

1. Frequency Configuration
Hold down touch switch 1 before powering on. Connect power to the governor board and wait for the screen to display "FEQ:20K". Release the button. Press touch switch 1 to decrease the value or touch switch 2 to increase it. The default factory setting is 20KHz.
2. Number of Poles Configuration
Hold down both touch switch 1 and 2 before powering on. Apply power to the board and wait for the display to show "number of poles: 1 polarity" before releasing. Press touch switch 1 to decrease and touch switch 2 to increase. Configure this setting to match the designed pole count of your motor. Default is 1 pole.
3. Feedback Multiplier Settings
Set the FG/FG*3 pin according to your motor's feedback requirements. Adding a jumper cap configures the feedback multiplier to 3x (FG*3), while leaving it open selects a single feedback multiplier (FG).
4. Motor Direction Settings
Use the CW/CCW pin to determine the default startup direction of the motor when the direction control line is floating. Apply a jumper cap to set it to CCW, or leave the cap off to set it to CW.
Default Main Display Screen: Displays four real-time parameters: input voltage, motor speed, PWM frequency, and duty cycle. For correct motor speed readings, you must configure the correct pole numbers and FG/FG*3 parameters.
