Governor Parameter Settings

1. Frequency Setting
Press and hold touch switch 1 before powering on, then power the board. Release the button when "FEQ:20K" appears. Press switch 1 to decrease, and switch 2 to increase. The factory default setting is 20KHz.
2. Number of Poles Setting
Press and hold both touch switch 1 and touch switch 2 simultaneously before powering on, then power the board. Release when the screen displays the number of poles menu. Press switch 1 to decrease, and switch 2 to increase. The factory default is 1 pole.
3. Feedback Setting
The FG/FG*3 pin is used to set the feedback multiplier. If your motor requires 3-times feedback, place a jumper cap on the pin. Keep the jumper cap off for single-times feedback (FG).
4. Direction Setting
Use the CW/CCW pin to determine the initial start direction. Set this configuration based on whether the motor runs CW or CCW when the control line is suspended. Add a jumper cap for CCW, and remove it for CW.
Main Interface: The active screen displays four main parameters: input voltage, speed, frequency, and duty cycle. Speed requires correct configurations of FG/FG*3 and the pole count to display properly.

  • Correct Wiring: The positive and negative power inputs must be wired exactly according to the instructions. Reversing the polarity will damage and burn out the governor circuit.
